We send orders FREE either by: 1) E-mail or 2) Standard US Mail. For overnight delivery, please call us. DELIVERY OF ONLINE ORDERS “E-course” packages or “E-course” answer sheets will be sent to you via your e-mail on work days, Mondays-Thursdays, after receipt of order and payment. Orders placed after 2PM on Thursdays through Sunday will be e-mailed by 5PM on Monday. “Ship” course packages and “Ship” answer sheet orders will be shipped FREE by Standard Mail in the USA. Orders will be shipped from our facility on work days, Mondays-Thursdays, within 2-4 days after receipt and payment of orders. PLEASE NOTE: A fee of $39.00 will be charged for each returned check. For personal check orders received by mail, there is a 7-10 day waiting period for clearance of the check. For e-checks through PayPal, there is a 3-4 day waiting period for clearance of the e‑check. Orders will SHIP OUT within 2‑4 work days after payment in full has been made. Company Checks and Purchase Orders from approved facilities will be honored when they are received by fax or mail with an authorized signature; invoiced orders will be shipped out within 3‑5 work days to those facilities who make payment within 30 days of shipment. |
