Returns/Exchanges/Refunds RETURN POLICY - This is NOT a "buy back" program for used books If you wish to return an unused package or unused book (ordered in error), you must do so within 30 days of receipt. All components must be returned in the same new/unused condition as sent to you. We suggest that you send returns by insured mail. RETURNS FOR EXCHANGES If the above return policy is met, you may exchange your unused package for another item equal to the cost of the returned package minus $ 5.00 for shipping/handling of your exchange by Standard Mail in the USA. If the above return policy is met, you may exchange your unused book for another item equal to our cost of that book (determined by the difference between the cost of that package minus the cost of that answer sheet) minus $ 5.00 for shipping/handling of your exchange by Standard Mail in the USA. Exchange items will be shipped from our facility on work days, Mondays - Thursdays, within 10 days of receipt of the exchange request. RETURNS FOR REFUNDS You may receive a refund if the above return policy is met. We will issue you a refund for an unused package (ordered in error), equal to the cost of the package minus $10.00 handling/ restocking fee. If your return is an unused book (ordered in error as part of a package), we will issue you a refund equal to our cost of the book (determined by the difference between the cost of that package minus the cost of that answer sheet) minus a $10.00 handling/restocking fee. This is NOT a “buy back” program for used books. Any refund will be issued 10 days after our receipt of the return in new/unused
condition if the return was made within 30 days of the client’s receipt of same.
