If you wish to return a package for any reason, you must do so within 10 days of receipt. All package contents must be returned in the same new condition as sent to you.

For Exchange

You may exchange a package for any other title with full credit given to the return if the above conditions are met

For Refund

You may receive a refund if the above conditions are met. For those paid by check, we will issue you a check for the return equal to the cost of the package minus a $5.00 handling fee within 10 working days after receipt of the package.

For those paid by credit card, we will process a refund to that card equal to the cost of the package minus a $5.00 handling fee within 10 working days after receipt of the package.
